Information we collect

  • Account and business details (name, email, mobile, company, GSTIN, PAN, addresses).
  • Verification documents and bank details you upload (stored privately and visible only to you and authorised GW staff).
  • Requirement, quotation, order, payment and shipment records.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to attribute affiliate referrals.

How we use it

  • To verify users, operate the marketplace and manage orders and payments.
  • To send transactional emails/SMS/WhatsApp about your account and orders.
  • To calculate and pay affiliate commissions and to prevent fraud.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share order-relevant details with the manufacturer, transporter and payment/messaging providers only as necessary to fulfil your order. Buyer identity is not disclosed to manufacturers beyond what is needed for delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in security and a referral cookie (default 30 days) when you arrive through an affiliate link.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, sensitive documents are not publicly accessible, and admin actions are audit-logged. Business and tax records are retained for the period required by law.
