1. About the platform

Gujarat Wholesale ("GW", "we") is operated by Gujarat Wholesale. GW is a managed B2B platform: buyers submit requirements, GW obtains quotations from approved Gujarat manufacturers and, once a buyer accepts a GW quotation, GW manages the order, payment collection, purchase order to the manufacturer and delivery arrangements.

2. Registration & verification

  • Registration is free. Buyers, manufacturers and affiliates must be approved by GW before they can transact or earn.
  • You must provide accurate business details and documents (such as GSTIN, PAN, Udyam and bank details where applicable). GW may reject, suspend or request more information at any time.
  • Only genuine manufacturers may be listed as manufacturers. Wholesalers, resellers and importers are not onboarded.

3. Quotations & orders

  • Prices displayed on the site are indicative. A binding price exists only in a written GW quotation, valid until the date stated on it.
  • An order is created when the buyer accepts a valid quotation. Production and dispatch begin after the required payment is verified and the manufacturer accepts the purchase order.
  • GW may hold, modify or cancel an order in case of payment, compliance or supply issues, with notice to the affected parties.

4. Manufacturer contact & non-circumvention

Buyer and manufacturer identities and contact details are managed by GW. Users must not use the platform to bypass GW for transactions originating from a GW enquiry.

5. Payments & invoicing

Buyers pay GW as per the payment instructions in their order. GW issues the buyer invoice. Manufacturers are paid according to their agreed settlement terms after delivery/completion as defined in the purchase order.

6. Affiliate programme

Affiliates promote the GW platform (not individual products or factories) using their referral link or code. Commission is calculated on eligible orders of attributed buyers according to the rules configured by GW, and may be reversed for cancelled, refunded, unpaid or fraudulent orders. Self-referral is not permitted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, upload malicious files, scrape the platform, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GW's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount received by GW for that order. GW is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
